• We are not liable for the content or accuracy of AI-generated responses

7. Fees and Payment

• Fees for Services are as stated on our website or in your service agreement
• All fees are due in advance unless otherwise specified
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in your agreement
• We reserve the right to change fees with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services

8. Intellectual Property

Our Property: All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by IQwork.ai and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you provide to us. By using our Services, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide the Services.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI systems (including voice recordings, transcripts, and videos) is licensed to you for your business use according to your service agreement.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
